Nowhere else will you find a course that discusses the history of truffles, encourages hands-on experience of how to select, prepare, preserve and serve truffles and also introduces you to a range of stunning truffle dishes that will blow you away.

You get the opportunity to prepare some of the best of this year’s black and white truffles gathered from France and Italy. The day culminates in a luxury truffle extravaganza in our beautifully designed country style dining room. Due to the nature of this course, you get to take home your own perfectly preserved truffle in a kilner jar - the perfect gift or the perfect indulgence!
