We all lead such busy lives that it’s often very difficult to find the energy at the end of the day to prepare a meal. This course is ideal for those that feel there just aren’t enough hours in the day – anyone can rustle up a hotch potch dinner in half an hour, but this course offers simple, healthy and delicious meals that are ready in just 30 minutes!
Our Michelin-starred chefs spend the day guiding you through both traditional and some more avant-garde techniques to help beat the clock. Your day begins with a discussion on basic kitchen essentials, followed by a hands-on session cooking a range of dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients.
The day comes to an exciting end with the perfect soufflé race, doing away with the notion that these are time consuming, difficult to perfect and tricky in a domestic kitchen. Once you have beaten the clock (and hopefully your fellow contestants!) you will dine on your creations in our beautiful country style dining room where service and wine will both be on hand.

Rising Stars Apprenticeship Blog
In addition to the day to day running of the The Fine Dining Academy cookery school the Academy also coaches our "Rising Star Apprentices" to become proficient restaurateurs capable of running a financially viable fine-dining experience.
