The common misconception that seafood is difficult to cook often dissuades people from using these ingredients. Our course teaches you how to easily source, prepare, cook and present fish and shellfish.
Your day will be spent covering basic filleting, poaching, and frying; together with more sophisticated fish dishes, sauces and garnishes.
Although you won’t actually need to bring a sou’wester or rubber boots, you will end the day feeling more confident in your abilities to select locally sourced ingredients and complementary flavours to make exciting seasonal dishes.
