This course covers the balance of flavours and ingredients of a comprehensive collection of canapés; during your day with us you will be preparing a selection of exquisite canapés including vegetable, meat and fish varieties, as well as discussing how to cater for specific dietary requirements.

To ensure your results demonstrate maximum flavour we will also discuss and taste the best wines and beverages to match the canapé selection. The day culminates in a tasting session of your creations in our beautiful country style dining room.
