Award Winning Chef – Will Holland

Will Holland

Will is one of only five Chefs aged 30 and under to hold a prestigious Michelin Star.  Will has always worked in Michelin Starred establishments including Homewood Park, Gravetye Manor and L’ortolan.


As Head Chef of La Becasse, since 2007, Will has gained a Michelin Star, an Acorn Award, 3 AA Rosettes and ensured the restaurant’s inclusions the Hardens Guide and The Good Food Guide’s Top 50 Restaurants in the UK.   In January 2010, The Good Food Guide, run by the consumer rights group Which? ranked Will Holland as one of the top ten Chefs predicted to dominate the restaurant industry in the next ten years.


Since 2009, Will has been a regular on the BBC with appearances on Saturday Kitchen, The Hairy Bikers and The Great British Menu.












Rising Stars Apprenticeship Blog

In addition to the day to day running of the The Fine Dining Academy cookery school the Academy also coaches our "Rising Star Apprentices" to become proficient restaurateurs capable of running a financially viable fine-dining experience.
