Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients
170ml Vegetable Oil
225g Caster Sugar
2 x Large eggs (beaten)
225g Plain sifted flour
1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
170g Finely grated Pumpkin
Preparation
- Combine the oil and sugar, then incorporate into the eggs.
- Add all the sifted dry ingredients into the egg mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the vanilla and grated pumpkin.
- Pour mixture into desired shape tins and bake at 170 for roughly 1 hour.
