No ‘I’ in team – Team Building at the Fine Dining Academy

As well as our variety of cookery courses here at the Fine Dining Academy, we also offer team building days for groups of friends and corporate companies. We offer a culinary sensation which will bring your team together through cookery, food and fun.

We offer a half/full day of team building exercises in our state of the art kitchen, which is made up of 12 work stations. Working with our Michelin starred chefs throughout the event, your team will be introduced to the finer points of haute cuisine. With each member of the team given their own function and work station, the experience teaches you that team work is team work no matter what the line of business. But for those with a competitive streak there is the opportunity to test your technique in our intense soufflé race!

Organising your bespoke event

After personal consultation with our Academy Director, Stephen Bulmer, we design a bespoke and totally unique event to meet all your requirements. Your course can be personalised to your group by choosing specific activities, ingredients and menus to work with throughout the day. The experience focuses on team building through fun and stress-free activities, usually with copious amounts of fine wine thrown in as required! After an entertaining period of preparation and cooking, your team will dine in our beautifully designed country dining room, where you will be served the delicacies you have prepared – a pleasant way to complete the session and reward you for your hard work!

Service staff and lashings of wine will be close on hand to ensure it’s a truly memorable experience. We understand that for corporate groups a full day away from the office can be a big ask so courses can easily be tailored into morning, afternoon, and evening sessions or serious all day extravaganzas!
