Bespoke Courses & Events
We realise that you may like to design your own course to hold here at the cookery school, be it, for example, a group of friends enjoying a tea-making extravaganza one afternoon, or a professional wine and food tasting event for a company, charity or business.
Chris Horridge, The Fine Dining Academy director, is an expert facilitator of bespoke events and will be delighted to help you design a course specific to your likes and preferences.
Alternatively the 10in8 group have access to some of the finest Michelin starred chefs in the U.K & would be delighted to talk to you about your ideas subject to conditions and the chef being available of course!
For the serious foodie event we can also offer an ‘off site’ facilitation service. Visits to famous food markets, specialist food stores, delicatessens, behind the scenes at quality restaurants or facilitating access to some very exclusive foodie venues not open to the uninitiated, to name but a few of the possibilities. These could equally be European visits as in the UK, subject to the time available and conditions.
We do ask that you have a minimum of 6 attendees to your personally tailored event, apart from that literally anything can be arranged; your imagination is the only limit!
