"I struggle to say how you could improve the course, I honestly feel it was very good - Chris was an excellent Chef and teacher, Marie was great with all the prep and clearing up, the location and facilities were also a high standard....I personally thought that £200 each for the day seemed a lot when I first looked, now having done the course I think with all the ingredients, facilities and expert tutorage it was a very fair value."
